Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via chat, email, phone, and SMS
- Provide order updates, refunds, and product recommendations
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed customer records
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of customer service or e-commerce experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Shopify and CRM tools
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Ability to work remotely
