  • Assist customers via chat, email, phone, and SMS

  • Maintain detailed customer records

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of customer service or e-commerce experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Shopify and CRM tools
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Ability to work remotely
