- Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance customer satisfaction
- Keep accurate records and improve customer experience
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or e-commerce
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Shopify and CRM tools
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced setting
