Job Responsibilities:

  • Keep accurate records and improve customer experience

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or e-commerce
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Shopify and CRM tools
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced setting
