Your Role:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and SMS.
- Assist with orders, refunds, and product recommendations.
- Monitor order progress and provide timely updates.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to boost customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and provide insights for service improvements.
What We Look For:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or e-commerce.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Shopify, CRM tools, and online shopping platforms.
- Organized and detail-oriented with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote setup.
