Your Role:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and SMS.
  • Assist with orders, refunds, and product recommendations.
  • Monitor order progress and provide timely updates.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to boost customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer records and provide insights for service improvements.

What We Look For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or e-commerce.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, CRM tools, and online shopping platforms.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote setup.
