What You’ll Do:
- Respond to inquiries via chat, email, phone, and SMS
- Process orders, refunds, and exchanges
- Recommend products and assist with shopping concerns
- Maintain organized customer records
What You Need:
- 1+ year of customer service or e-commerce experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Shopify and CRM tools
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work remotely
