IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • 1 year experience in creating Automations and Lead Generation
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask on multiple projects with attention to detail
  • Comfortable collaborating with multiple departments
  • Proficiency with HubSpot Workflows and Zapier preferred
  • Interpersonal, technically savvy, and solution-driven
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Gain a deep understanding of Recruitment, Sales, and Customer Success processes
  • Collaborate with department heads to comprehend processes and SOPs
  • Master Automation tools (HubSpot Workflows, Zapier)
  • Document Automations per department meticulously
  • Develop and update SOPs for Customer Success and Recruitment
  • Provide administrative/onboarding support with Operations
  • Optimize and suggest modifications to existing processes
WORK HOURS:
Full-time, US PST, Work from home
