We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Management Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing database accuracy, maintaining and optimizing CRM systems, and ensuring data integrity across all platforms. • Manage and update data in databases and CRM systems (HubSpot).
• Perform data cleanup to ensure accuracy and remove duplicates.
• Execute SQL queries for data extraction, updates, and management.
• Utilize advanced Excel tools (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables) for data analysis.
• Document data processes and troubleshoot discrepancies.

• Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or SalesForce. (2 years minimum experience)
• Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and managing data.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
