What You’ll Do:

• Support customers via chat, email, phone, and SMS
• Process transactions, refunds, and order adjustments
• Provide product recommendations and upsell opportunities
• Keep track of customer interactions and feedback

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or e-commerce
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with Shopify and CRM tools
