What We're Looking For:
- 1+ Year of experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using customer support tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk (preferred).
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Calm and solution-focused under pressure.
- Familiarity with eCommerce and CRM systems is a plus.
Tech Requirements:
- Personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
- Stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload and download speeds.
